Colleen O'Hara

Colleen O'Hara has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Colleen currently serves as the Vice President of Delivery at Majesco since April 2020. Colleen also holds the position of Guest Lecturer at DePaul University where they contribute to the Driehaus College of Business.

Prior to their current roles, Colleen worked at Nationwide for over a decade. Colleen served as the Enterprise Delivery Strategy and Transformation Leader from January 2018 to April 2021. In this role, they designed and led the Enterprise Delivery Organization, managing a team of 150+ Program and Project Managers. Colleen'sresponsibilities included driving practice uplift to reduce IT expense ratio, improving delivery speed, and implementing an outcome-based delivery model. Colleen also oversaw supplier relationships and contracts.

Before their leadership position at Nationwide, Colleen held the role of Technology Innovation Delivery Leader from January 2010 to December 2018. During this time, they led strategic planning for four Nationwide Financial business lines and implemented transformational technology solutions to adapt to shifts in business drivers and external forces. Colleen spearheaded the development of the Mutual Fund Reporting platform, which supported a $50 billion increase in assets under management.

Colleen O'Hara studied Business Administration and Management, General at The Ohio State University. In 2019, they obtained a certification as a Certified Safe Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc.
