Manisha Wadkar

Manisha Wadkar has over 25 years of work experience. Manisha worked at Majesco from 2015 to the present, starting as a Business Consultant and progressing to Vice President, IT Applications. In their current role, they lead the Global IT Applications team and is responsible for organizational technology support, strategic planning, and digital transformation programs. Manisha has worked on various projects such as ERP implementation, Salesforce, and SharePoint Portal. Prior to Majesco, Manisha worked at Mastek from 2005 to 2015, holding roles as Business Consultant, Associate Business Consultant, and Business Analyst. Manisha also worked at Dolphin Infotek Pvt Ltd as a Senior Customer Support Executive.

Manisha Wadkar completed a Diploma in Systems Administration from Aptech Computer Education in Mumbai from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Wilson College Chowpatty Mumbai from 1989 to 1994. Their primary education was from Our Own High School in Mumbai, where they obtained their SSC degree from 1977 to 1989. Additionally, Manisha has obtained certifications such as Women Leadership Programme from Indian School of Business and has certifications in Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ITIL v3 Foundation, and PRINCE2 Agile™ Foundation & Practitioner from various institutions.
