Vikas Kumar

Vikas Kumar is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in various esteemed hospitality establishments. Currently serving as an Assistant Chef at Hotel Oskar Zaplata since May 2024, Vikas has been part of Radisson Hotel Group as a Commi Conti Chef since January 2019. Previous roles include hands-on training at Radisson Blu and an Industrial Trainee position, contributing to a comprehensive foundational experience in the culinary field.
