Anam Irfan

Anam Irfan has extensive experience in human resources and compensation management, currently serving as Vice President - Human Resources (E-Commerce / Technology) at Majid Al Futtaim since September 2019. Prior roles at Majid Al Futtaim include Director Total Rewards and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this, Anam worked at Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation as Senior Compensation & Benefits Consultant and at Drake & Scull International PJSC as Compensation and Benefits Manager - Corporate. Experience also includes a significant tenure at Tenaris, where responsibilities encompassed compensation and benefits management across the MENA region, strategic planning, and management control. Anam's early career features a role at EY as Manager Business Advisory Services. Anam holds an M.B.A. in International Business from the University of Bath and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting and Finance from the American University of Sharjah.
