Olivier Descuns

Olivier Descuns is an experienced professional with a substantial background in retail management, currently serving as a Senior Category Manager OPSS at Majid Al Futtaim since January 2014. In this role, Olivier oversees the performance and strategy of Dairy, UltraFresh, and Delicatessen categories across over 100 stores and leads a team of two Category Managers. Previously, Olivier held the position of Section Manager FMCG at Majid Al Futtaim, where leadership and training were provided to a team of more than 80 staff in one of the company's largest hypermarkets. Before joining Majid Al Futtaim, Olivier gained valuable experience at Auchan, enhancing the performance of the Stationery and Luggage sections and advancing to management roles, as well as working at various other organizations in retail-related positions. Olivier holds a Master's Degree in Management from NEOMA Business School and has pursued additional education in Webcoding and International Management.
