Walaa Hassan

Walaa Hassan currently serves as the Head of Learning & Development at Majid Al Futtaim since December 2022, following a role as Senior Manager of Learning & Development/Talent Management at Landmark Group, where responsibilities included executing learning strategies across the Gulf region and managing talent mobility. Prior experience includes consulting on training programs for major governmental entities and corporations as a freelance trainer. With extensive experience in training and development, Walaa held various positions at Raya Contact Center, where management of training processes and teams for high-revenue projects was prominent. Earlier career stages involved work at Etisalat Misr as a Training Specialist and as a Teacher Assistant at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology. Walaa holds a Level 5 qualification in Learning & Development from CIPD and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
