Dillon Cady

Dillon Cady has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and management. Dillon began their career as an IBM Test Consultant at eBay in 2003. From 2005 to 2009, they worked at IBM as a Test Project Manager, where they were responsible for gathering requirements, creating test plans, and leading test teams. In 2010, they joined IBM Consulting as a Defect Coordinator, contributing to the creation of defect reporting and management processes for a bank divestiture project. From 2011 to 2020, Dillon served as the QA Manager at MAJIQ, Inc. and later at POMS Corporation. In 2020, they joined Constellation Software Inc. as the Director of Quality Assurance for the MES Group. Currently, Dillon holds the position of Vice President of Customer Service at MAJIQ Inc.

Dillon Cady attended the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 1996 to 1999. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Systems.
