Jim Rauch

Jim Rauch has extensive work experience in the software development industry. Jim started their career at Boeing Commercial Airplanes as a Lead Engineer in Aircraft Design/Configuration Management and worked there from 1987 to 1999. Jim then joined MAJIQ, Inc. as a Software Development Manager in 1999, where they developed ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems customized for the Pulp and Paper Industry. Jim worked at MAJIQ, Inc. for over 13 years before moving on to Microsoft in 2012, where they worked as a Senior Program Manager for two years. In 2014, Jim returned to MAJIQ, Inc. as the Vice President of Software Development and later transitioned to the role of Principal Engineer. Overall, Jim has a diverse range of experience, particularly in software development and engineering.

Jim Rauch obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aero/Astro Engineering from the University of Washington, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Jim later pursued a Master of Science degree in the same field at the same university, attending from 1985 to 1987.
