Martin has held various leadership roles, including Product Manager for SharePoint & Teams at Perseus Operating Group, where Agile methodologies were successfully introduced, and Manager of the Project Management Office, launching a multimillion-dollar PMO. As Interim Director of Project Operations at POMS Corporation, Martin managed a globally distributed team to deliver substantial MES projects. Previous experience includes a tenure at the Port of Seattle as a Project Manager and a progression through multiple roles at MAJIQ, showcasing a robust background in both technical and managerial capacities. Martin holds a diploma in Computer Science & Information Systems from Cégep de Trois-Rivières.
