Alex Kurland

Alex Kurland is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in restaurant management and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Restaurants for the Northeast at Major Food Group since August 2021, Alex previously held various positions at Porter House Bar and Grill, including Associate Director of Restaurant Operations and General Manager, from September 2014 to March 2022. Alex's earlier experience includes roles as Dining Room Manager at Ai Fiori and Costata, as well as Assistant General Manager and Dining Room Manager at Porter House New York. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University, obtained in 2010.
