Camille Dell'Olio

Camille Dell'Olio is a dedicated professional in the hospitality industry with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Cornell University's Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration. Currently serving as a Food and Beverage Administrator at Major Food Group since June 2024, Camille's role involves overseeing hiring and termination processes, managing worker’s compensation, and enhancing employee relations. Prior experience includes a Corporate Human Resources Intern position at Eataly, focused on learning and development, talent acquisition, and employment analytics, as well as various roles in customer service at The Statler Hotel and Eataly. Camille has also demonstrated leadership abilities as an Event Coordinator with the Baruch Collegiate Association of Women in Business, organizing fundraising events in partnership with major companies such as Google and JPMorgan.
