Connie Man Hei Siu

Connie Man Hei Siu currently serves as the ITU Generation Connect Youth Envoy at the International Telecommunication Union, where responsibilities include participation in the Children's and Youth Advisory Board and engagement as a speaker and panellist at various youth-focused events. Connie has held positions such as Junior Policy Analyst within the ITU Office of Europe, DTH Lab Regional Youth Champion, and Science-Policy Interface Technology Focal Point for the Major Group for Children and Youth. Previous experiences include roles at HKUMed, Youth STEM 2030, and The Chinese University of Hong Kong as a research intern and managing editor. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, alongside additional studies at the University of Oslo and EPFL. Connie was also recognized as the Hong Kong Ambassador to the United Nations Internet Governance Forum in 2017.
