Hafiz Ahmed Ibrahim

Hafiz Ahmed Ibrahim is a dedicated professional with experience in youth advocacy and environmental initiatives. Currently serving as the Representer of the Steering Committee for Northern Africa and the Middle East at the Loss and Damage Youth Coalition since September 2023, Hafiz provides long-term guidance and aligns external engagement with the organization's mission. In addition, Hafiz has been the National Focal Point for UN1FY since January 2023, overseeing national coordination for Sudan and contributing expertise to the Water and Climate Youth Development Plan and Agenda. Previously, Hafiz held the position of country contact point for COY17 from September to November 2022. Hafiz holds an honors degree in Environment and Ecology from the University of Khartoum, completed in 2021.
