Elyse P.

Elyse P. began their career in 2013 as an Intern at Connecticut Young Writers Trust. In 2014, they joined Platinum Maintenance Services Corp as an Account Executive where they sold metal, stone and wood maintenance and restoration services to commercial and residential property management companies in the New York metropolitan area. Elyse was also in charge of account management for the duration of each contract. Additionally, they served as Charitable Development and Events Manager. In 2017, Elyse joined Major League Hacking as a Senior Partnerships Manager and Sales Executive. At Major League Hacking, they engaged in person with over 100,000 developers per year at hackathons, technical workshops and community building events. Elyse also provided resources, technical curriculum and distributed technology to empower hackers in their careers.

Elyse P. attended Southern Connecticut State University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters. Elyse then went on to pursue a MSEd in Mental Health Counseling at Fordham University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
