Crichton Clark

Crichton Clark serves as the Managing Director of the Interim Legal Talent Group at Major, Lindsey & Africa since November 2023, focusing on legal workforce challenges and optimizing legal operations for corporations and law firms. Crichton also holds the position of Senior Business & Legal Consultant at C.H. Clark Consulting, providing COO services across various industries. As a Charter Member of TechGC, Crichton engages with a peer community for Deputy General Counsels. Previously, Crichton served as VP of Global Regulatory Compliance at Walmart eCommerce and held multiple legal roles at eBay, overseeing international legal operations and compliance. Crichton's experience includes co-founding an online tactical gear retailer and advising private companies as a partner at De Franceschi & Shefayee, LLP. Crichton began the legal career as an associate at Baker & McKenzie LLP, specializing in corporate and securities law. Crichton holds an MBA and JD from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Trinity College-Hartford.
