Nesli Orhon

Nesli Orhon is a Partner and Executive Director in our Interim Legal Talent group providing oversight, strategic support and guidance to interim recruiters. She combines her passion for helping others with her previous experiences as a recruiter to recommend processes that maximize employee engagement and enhanced professional development opportunities that help build high-performing teams.

Nesli lives in New Hampshire where she enjoys hiking, biking and beach trips with her family.

Nesli joined Major, Lindsey & Africa in 2010. In her time with the firm, she has grown the staffing side of our business on a national level, developing deep client and candidate relationships that have resulted in continued opportunities and partnerships. She has also led our professional development initiatives, creating recruiter training manuals and other hands-on training classes for new hires and emerging talent.

Prior to coming to Major, Lindsey & Africa, Nesli was a professional recruiter for Aerotek, another company in the Allegis Group network. During her time at Aerotek, Nesli recruited in both our Boston and Denver offices. She was responsible for placement services in the engineering, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries in both the Boston and greater Denver areas.
