His passion for helping others reach their professional goals has afforded him the experience of working closely with some amazing lawyers and build long and lasting relationships with many of the world's elite law firms.

Ricardo has been supporting lawyers identify career enriching opportunities with the world’s leading law firms since he begun in legal recruitment in 2009. In this time, he has led successful legal recruitment teams and placed associates, senior associates, special counsel and partners across a vast array of top tier, global and national law firms.
