Stacey Breen

Stacey Breen is a Managing Director in the Partner Practice Group in the New York office. She has extensive experience placing law firm partners and practice groups in global, national and regional firms. Stacey brings her deep insight into the legal market into every one of her relationships and strives to provide candidates and law firm clients with the best guidance and information when navigating the lateral market.

Stacey takes time to learn about each of her candidates and their specific career objectives and identifies opportunities that are consistent with these goals. She also regularly conducts targeted searches on behalf of her law firm clients in order to complete strategic placements in various practice areas. She is deeply invested in the success and happiness of the lawyers and clients she represents and is known for building long term relationships.

Stacey lives in Hoboken, NJ, with her husband, Bryan, and Australian Cattle Dog, Gracie. In her spare time, you can find Stacey travelling the globe in search of fresh powder or a sandy beach. She also acts as a court appointed special advocate (CASA) for children in foster care in Hudson County, NJ.

Prior to joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Stacey worked as a successful litigator for more than 15 years. Most recently, she was a partner at a mid-size firm in New York, where she specialized in complex commercial litigation, class action and mass tort litigation.
