Tam T.T. Pham

Tam T. T. Pham is a Managing Director in our San Francisco In-House Counsel Recruiting team. She is focused on identifying highly qualified general counsel, senior-level attorneys and compliance professionals for tech, biotech, fintech, VC/PE, consumer goods, and manufacturing clients looking for the best legal talent for their teams. Tam is known for forging strong bonds with both clients and candidates throughout their legal careers.

Tam began her career as an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York, representing lenders and project sponsors in domestic and international project finance transactions. Prior to joining MLA, Tam managed client and attorney development at Paragon Legal and served as a legal and business consultant to a design agency and footwear brand.
