Ana Isabel Restrepo Guerra

Ana Isabel Restrepo Guerra serves as the Directora Soluciones de Personas at MAKAIA, a position held since February 2015, where responsibilities include planning, formulating, executing, and marketing technology solutions for social change using human and financial resources efficiently. Previous roles include Coordinadora de Proyectos and Líder de proyectos at MAKAIA, and prior to that, Ana Isabel worked with Universidad de Antioquia as Promotora de Clubes Juveniles, supporting the methodological design of projects and facilitating communication between the university and local government. Additional experience includes a tenure at Corporación Prodepaz as Facilitadora de territorio, and an apprenticeship at Grupo Nutresa.
