Arabelle Coleen Patacsil Ofina, MD, FPAFP, FPSHPM is an experienced medical professional specializing in family medicine and palliative care. Currently serving as a Visiting Consultant at the Palliative and Home Care Unit of Makati Medical Center since August 2020, and an Active Consultant at Asian Hospital and Medical Center since September 2014, Arabelle also holds the position of Palliative and Hospice Specialist there. Additional roles include Palliative Medicine Consultant at Ospital and Makati and Family Medicine Specialist at Healthway Medical. Involvement with The Ruth Foundation for Hospice and Palliative Medicine as a Volunteer Palliative Care Physician has been ongoing since October 2012. Educational accomplishments include fellowship training in Community Palliative Care and Supportive Hospice and Palliative Care, along with residency in Family and Community Medicine. Comprehensive training was completed at prestigious institutions, including the University of the Philippines and Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
