Randal Shappell

Randal Shappell is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure support and administration, currently serving as Cloud System Admin Infra/OPs at Make-A-Wish America since March 2016. Expertise encompasses a broad array of technologies, including Microsoft operating systems, Azure administration, and VoIP telephony. Prior to this role, Randal worked at American Airlines as a Global IT Analyst, providing comprehensive IT support, and held positions at America West Airlines and Arizona Business Systems, developing and implementing network solutions. Randal's career began at Unisys Limited as a Regional Systems Engineer.
