George Mason

George Mason's work experience begins with their current position as Chief of Staff at Fable, which they started in April 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as the Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Fable from February 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining Fable, George worked at OneEleven 111, where they held the position of Strategic Initiatives Lead from July 2019 to February 2020, and as Community Success Lead from November 2018 to July 2019.

George's previous experience includes working at Navigator Ltd., a leading public strategy firm, where they were involved in Public Affairs Consulting from 2017 to 2018.

Prior to Navigator Ltd., they worked as a Graduate Consultant at MaRS Discovery District from January 2017 to May 2017.

George's earlier experience includes an internship as a Client Insights Intern at Cenfri, where they focused on global financial services providers and alternative credit risk scoring methodologies using big data and machine learning. This internship took place from May 2016 to September 2016.

George also worked as a Compliance Analyst at the G20 Research Group from September 2015 to September 2016, where they conducted research and analysis on the commitment to increase affordable access to remittances by G20 states. The resulting research was published bi-annually and distributed to G20 governments and stakeholders.

George Mason's education history includes a Master of Global Affairs (MGA) degree with a focus on Global Innovation from the University of Toronto's Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy. George pursued this degree from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, George obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Development & Political Economy from the University of Guelph. In addition to their formal education, they also received a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certification from TEFL Argentina in September 2014.
