Yara Shammas

Yara Shammas is an experienced professional in customer success and event management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager for Enterprise at Fable since June 2023. Prior to this role, Yara worked as an Event Manager at Enterprise Edge and held senior positions at InVision and EventMobi, where responsibilities included leading customer experience initiatives, technical implementations, and managing a global customer success team. Yara founded and served as CEO of Young and Resourceful, driving recruitment initiatives across Canada. Additional experience includes recruitment roles in various companies and serving as a Residence Assistant at Carleton University. Yara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies & Psychology from Carleton University and a Post Graduate Degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from George Brown College.
