Lee Paztal has a range of professional experiences in various industries. Most recently, they worked at Make My Day as the Marketing Manager starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at Sonovia Ltd as the Marketing Project Manager, HR, and Office Operation from April 2022 to March 2023. In this role, they managed branding and marketing projects, as well as daily marketing requests from various business units. Lee also had experience in marketing operations as a Marketing Operation Associate from January 2022 to April 2022 at the same company.

Before joining Sonovia Ltd, Lee worked at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) as part of The IDC Economic Clinic from March 2021 to February 2022. Additionally, they had a role as a Small and Mid Cap Business Mentor at Facebook from April 2021 to July 2021. In this position, they helped improve social media strategies and increase engagement for businesses affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Furthermore, Lee participated in the ARTEMIS program at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) in the first year of their degree. This program focused on advancing women's entrepreneurship and leadership, developing leadership skills, public speaking, and teamwork. Prior to their university studies, Lee served in the Israel Defense Forces as a Warrior Commander from March 2014 to March 2017.

Lee Paztal completed their education in Business Management with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Reichman University, from 2018 to 2021. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Washington University in St. Louis in 2021.
