Francesca Laraque

Francesca LaRaque, MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Francesca currently serves as the Director of Creative Operations at MAC Cosmetics, where they oversee the entire project development process and collaborates closely with creative and digital teams to bring new product launches to life. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Fresh, managing global campaigns across various mediums and ensuring on-time and on-brand delivery of marketing materials. Francesca also has experience as a Creative Project Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where they managed a portfolio of over 90 projects and coordinated all project activities. Francesca has additional experience as an Implementation Project Manager at Macy's, where they focused on integrating technology into various departments and as a Procurement Analyst at PSEG, where they reconciled procurement contracts and tracked deliverables. Francesca also held roles at Couture in the Suburbs as a Contributing Writer, at StartUp FASHION as a Production Manager, and at Ashurst LLP as a Junior Financial Analyst. Francesca's work experience demonstrates their expertise in project management, creative operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Francesca LaRaque has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Finance with a double minor in Economics and Fine Arts from Seton Hall University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Francesca later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Naresuan University in 2013, and another MBA in International Business from St Mary's University, Twickenham from 2012 to 2013.

Francesca also holds various certifications, including a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute, a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, an Entrepreneurship Management certificate from Oxford University, and a Post-Graduate Certificate from St. Mary's University College. Francesca recently obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in February 2021.
