Ingrid Abdo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ingrid began their career as a Marketing Intern at Alpargatas in 1999 before moving on to become a Music Department Manager at Submarino from 2000 to 2001. In 2001, they joined Nike, where they held various positions including Product Manager, Sportswear Category Director, Category Sales Director, and Sportswear Category General Manager. In 2013, Ingrid joined Converse as the General Manager for Brazil and later became the General Manager for Latin America. In 2020, they became the VP & GM of MAC Cosmetics LATAM. In 2022, they joined Link School of Business as a Professor of Marketing.

Ingrid Abdo completed the Business Model Innovation in the Digital Age program at Wharton Executive Education in 2021. In 2020, they also attended The Wharton School for the Boards that Lead Program. In 2017 and 2018, they obtained a Stanford LEAD Certificate in Corporate Innovation from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
