Yuvaraj Srivastava

Yuvaraj Srivastava is the current Chief Human Resources Officer at MakeMyTrip.com. Yuvaraj has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and has previously worked with companies like The Oberoi New Delhi, Asian Paints, and PepsiCo India.

Srivastava started their career with Asian Paints in 1997 as a Senior Manager - HR. Yuvaraj was responsible for the HR operations of the company's Mumbai Plant, which was known to be predominantly IR. In 2006, they joined The Oberoi New Delhi as Director - Human Resources. Their responsibilities included leading and providing direction to HR Strategy in line with the requirement of Hosiptality Industry. Yuvaraj also worked on rightsizing of manpower and deploying various HR Best Practices for the Unit and the Group.

In 2013, Srivastava joined PepsiCo India as Director & Head - Organization Capability. Yuvaraj was responsible for turnaround and change management initiatives besides regular HR processes. During their tenure, they worked on a landmark Wage and Productivity Settlement which resulted in produtivity increase of around 78 % and provided a fresh lease of life to this high cost manufacturing unit.

Srivastava is a highly respected figure in the Human Resources industry and is known for their work in behavioural skills development and interventions to institutionalise Meritocracy based work culture.

Yuvaraj Srivastava has an MBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad, India and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology from the University of Allahabad, India.

Yuvaraj Srivastava reports to Deep Kalra, Chairman & Group CEO. They are on a team with Saujanya Shrivastava - Chief Marketing Officer, Anshuman Bapna - Chief Product Officer, and Deepak Tuli - SVP Growth Business.
