Shobhit Rathore

Shobhit Rathore has extensive work experience in the field of database administration. Shobhit started their career as a System Engineer at Eko India Financial Services Private Limited in October 2012 and worked there until December 2014.

In 2015, Shobhit joined ValueFirst Digital Media Pvt. Ltd. as a DBA for a brief period from January to May.

Later in 2015, they joined MakeMyTrip and held various roles within the company. Shobhit began as a Database Administrator from June 2015 to September 2016. Shobhit then progressed to the position of Senior Database Administrator from October 2016 to March 2018. From April 2018 to March 2020, they served as the Lead Database Administrator. Following that, they worked as the Principal Database Administrator from April 2020 to December 2021, and currently holds the position of Senior Principal Database Administrator from January 2022 to the present.

Shobhit Rathore completed their B.Tech degree in Information Technology from the Advanced Institute of Tech. and Mgmt./MDU University, Rohtak, from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended D.A.V. public school in sector-14 Faridabad, Haryana, for their non-medical studies from 1996 to 2008. Shobhit also has additional certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), obtained in December 2021, MySQL 2019 Certified Implementation Specialist from Oracle, obtained in March 2021, Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) and Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) both from Red Hat, obtained in March 2015.
