Jessica Saunders

Jessica Saunders is an accomplished Planning Director at Maker ENG since April 2025, with a robust background in urban planning and development. Previously, Jessica served as Associate Director and Principal at Ethos Urban from June 2022 to April 2025, and Acting Manager Planning and Principal Planner at Shellharbour City Council from September 2020 to June 2022. Jessica's career began at Wollongong City Council, where significant contributions were made as a Senior Town Planner and Project Manager, including the Beaton Park Masterplan. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Environmental Law and Sustainable Development from UNSW, a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of New England, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Geography from the University of Wollongong.
