Karen Chong

Karen Chong is an experienced project manager with a strong background in digital marketing and content management. At Maker Lab, Karen currently oversees the Google Store website content for Pixel, Nest, and Fitbit products across the APAC region, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective localization. Prior to this, Karen served as Digital Project Director at Black Sun Asia Pacific, where responsibilities included leading website projects and conducting usability audits. Previous roles include Senior Digital Project Manager at Mirum Agency and Business Development Manager at Clickr Media, among others, showcasing a solid track record in project delivery, client relations, and business development. Karen holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Singapore Institute of Management.
