Kerry-Leigh Farrant

Kerry-Leigh Farrant is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over a decade in various roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director and HR Business Partner at Maker Lab since April 2022, Kerry-Leigh previously co-founded Agile HRO, contributing to the business from 2019 to 2022. Prior experience includes significant positions at Worley, where Kerry-Leigh held roles such as People Manager/Business Partner for Corporate Functions and Corporate Senior People Advisor from March 2012 to December 2021, as well as HR Advisor roles. Additional experience includes working as an HR Advisor at Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety in 2011 and holding multiple Human Resources positions at Murdoch University from June 2007 to July 2011. Kerry-Leigh Farrant is an alumna of The University of Notre Dame Australia.
