Senior Manager, Customer Experience at Maker Wine

Katrice Riley has a long work history, beginning in 2003 with their role as Store Manager at Cold Stone Creamery. After this, they worked as an Administrative Assistant & Assistant Events Coordinator at California State University, Stanislaus from 2006-2011, and then as a Pastry Intern at Occasions Caterers in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Pastry Cook at Spruce (One Michelin Star) for Bacchus Management Group, and then as an Administrative Assistant for Cake Coquette in 2013. From 2014-2015, they were a Participant Services Representative at Charles Schwab, followed by roles as a Customer Success Coordinator and Manager of Customer Success at ZeroCater from 2015-2018. In 2018, they took on the role of Head of Customer Experience & Trade Partnerships at Year & Day, and in 2020, they became the Owner & Decorator for Cookies by Katrice. Most recently, they have been a Senior Manager and Customer Experience Consultant at Maker Wine since 2021.

Katrice Riley obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Entrepreneurship & Strategy from California State University, Stanislaus in 2010. Katrice then went on to obtain an Associate's Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America in 2012. In 2017 and 2018, they attended San Francisco Wine School. Additionally, they obtained a ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification from the National Restaurant Association.
