Jeremy Lamri

Jeremy Lamri serves as the Founding President of Les Emergences and the CEO & Co-Founder of Tomorrow Theory, focusing on change management and human capital value. Lamri is an Affiliate Professor at Sciences Po Executive Education and a Board Member of Le Lab RH, where strategic planning and HR innovation for sustainable change management are emphasized. Additional roles include HR Tech Advisor at Maki People and JobTeaser, where Lamri also contributes to the CSR Committee. Previous experiences encompass founding and leading Monkey tie, advising Gaspard & Joseph on NFT projects, and working as a Senior Analyst at ORAXYS. Lamri holds multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in Psychology from Université Paris Cité and a Master of Science in Sustainability & Social Innovation from HEC Paris.
