Jennifer Greyling possesses extensive experience in project management and customer success, with a career spanning nearly three decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Making Sense LLC since November 2014, Jennifer has a strong focus on client relationships, strategic planning, and project success. Prior positions include Head of Project Management and Delivery Manager at Making Sense, as well as Project Lead and eCommerce Business Analyst at W3 Americas.
