Simone Lira is an experienced professional with a diverse background in administrative support, training, and development. Currently, at Makita Brazil since April 2021, Simone is responsible for planning and strategizing engagement with the target audience through platform setup and gamification, alongside managing support for over 9,000 users of the EaD platform.
