Alex Pierrot

Alex Pierrot is an accomplished IT Infrastructure Engineer at Mako Global, specializing in managing global Linux infrastructures, with a notable achievement in upgrading 500 hosts to CentOS Stream 9. As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Climate Explorers, Alex has driven initiatives to raise environmental awareness through eco-adventures, including the impactful Pedal 4 Parks campaign. Previous roles include tutoring Mathematics and Science, systems engineering at BAE Systems during an industrial placement, and various positions in customer service and event management while studying at Royal Holloway, University of London.
