Tanjay Cunningham

Tanjay Cunningham is an experienced community manager with a strong background in property management and leasing. At Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC since January 2014, Tanjay serves as a community manager, overseeing a 216-unit community while ensuring staff efficiency and resident satisfaction through effective management and collections. Tanjay has also held roles in corporate property support and as an assistant manager, demonstrating versatility within the community portfolio. Prior experience includes serving as a community property manager at Wogan Group, where Tanjay successfully managed a 500+ unit community during its lease-up phase and interior upgrades. Tanjay holds an associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Southwest Tennessee Community College.
