Hailah Binmadhi

Hailah Binmadhi currently serves as the Deputy Chief of the Shared Services Department at Malahi, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Hailah was the Human Resources Manager at Integrated Networks - iNet from January 2022 to January 2024 and also held the same title at Brilliant between September 2020 and December 2021. Hailah’s career in human resources began at Albayan Organization, where the HR Manager role was filled from September 2018 to September 2020. Additionally, Hailah worked as a human development trainer at Shaqra University from November 2013 to May 2014. Hailah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from King's College, obtained between 2015 and 2018.
