Anderson Banda

Anderson Banda is a seasoned educator and manager with extensive experience in higher education and logistics. Currently serving as a University Lecturer at Malawi Assemblies of God University since February 2023, Anderson previously held the position of Associate Lecturer at Pentecostal Life University, where responsibilities included teaching Human Resource Management, Human Resource Planning, Marketing, and Entrepreneurial Leadership from February 2022 to March 2023. Before transitioning into academia, Anderson worked as a Wholesale Manager at Andeth Logistics and Supplies from February 2020 to May 2022, and as a Customer Sales Advisor at Firstsource Solutions Limited from July 2014 to December 2014, where duties involved customizing television packages for clients. Academically, Anderson holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of South Wales, earned in 2015, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing from the same university, obtained in 2014.
