Gloria Davis possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Capital at MBB Labs. Previously, Gloria worked at Microland Limited focusing on Strategic HR for New Projects Roll-out and HR Shared Services. At airtel, Gloria held multiple roles including Talent Management & Development Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Young Leader as an HR Management Trainee. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Accenture Strategy and an analyst position at Credit Suisse. Education includes an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Masters in Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
