Kai Leow

Kai Leow is an experienced design professional with a strong focus on user experience and product design, currently serving as an Adjunct Lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic and a Principal UX Designer at Spenmo. With a background in Industrial Design from the National University of Singapore, Kai has held various roles, including Senior Product Designer at Workato and Senior User Experience Designer at Ant Group, where responsibilities included shaping digital payment systems and improving enterprise customer management. Previous experience includes a design consultant role at Accenture Song and an experience designer position at Monocoque Service Design, collaborating with prominent clients and guiding multi-disciplinary teams. Additionally, Kai has contributed to academic settings as a teaching assistant, facilitating workshops for students to enhance their design communication skills.
