Mavis Han

Mavis Han is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Internal Audit (Treasury) at Maybank since September 2022, focusing on treasury audit functions. Mavis has a diverse background in financial markets, having worked as a Manager in Structured & Exotic Derivatives Middle Office at The Royal Bank of Scotland from 2008 to 2010, and as Head of Credit Derivatives Middle Office at Standard Chartered Bank from 2001 to 2008, where management of a team in trade capture and processing of credit derivatives was a key responsibility. Mavis also contributed as an Adjunct Lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic from 2013 to 2017 and began a career in finance as a Management Trainee at Chase from 1997 to 2000. Mavis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance from Murdoch University.
