Rifqan Asri

Rifqan Asri is an experienced professional specializing in business analytics and human resources information systems. Currently serving as the Head of Business Analytics & Systems at Maybank since September 2016, Rifqan oversees the analytics and system unit within the Funding & Deposit sector of Community Financial Services in Malaysia. Previous roles include overseeing HR project management and SAP HR support at the Head HR BRM and HRIS Team Leader levels at Maybank, and leading SAP HR functions at Carigali Hess Operating Company. Earlier career experience includes consulting roles with Aker Solutions, Sime Darby, Accenture, and Arinso People Services, focusing on SAP HR module support, project management, and system testing. Rifqan holds a Master of Science in Information Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Computing from Universiti Teknologi MARA.
