Brian Mcnees is currently the Manager of Customer Support at Malbek. Prior to this, they were Solutions Manager at Equifax from November 2018 to July 2020. Before Equifax, Brian worked at TalentWave from January 2015 to September 2018 as their Global Engagement Manager. In this role, they teamed with TalentWave’s International partners to effectively manage the complete employment lifecycle of on-boarding and off-boarding for contractors. This included coordinating all program logistics, interfacing with contractors and clients regarding program specifics and deliverable logistics, documenting processes for TalentWave’s international engagements, managing invoices and payments between TalentWave’s international partners and clients, and aiding in the management of top-tier clients that were transitioning from the implementation team to the operations team. Brian also helped develop operational processes for resource management, including all processes for international resources.
