Tara Goldberg

Tara Goldberg currently serves as the Director of Professional Services at Malbek, focusing on design, SaaS solution configurations, implementations, project management, advanced training, customer solution assessments, and partner enablement. Previously, Tara was involved with Striker Fuel as a Board Advisor, assisting early-stage companies in their growth strategies. At NICE CXone, Tara held the role of Director of Professional Services Operations, where process refinement and performance measurement were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes serving as Solutions Program Manager at I.D. Systems, where wireless platform integration for asset management was a primary focus, and leading material management and project initiatives at ITT Inc. and SIGINT, respectively.
