Janeth Wasala

Janeth Wasala currently serves as an Operations Assistant at Malcove since November 2023, focusing on key account handling, customer support, warehouse management using ERP systems, and data analysis. Previously, Janeth held the position of Operations Executive at Legacy Health LLC from April to October 2023, where responsibilities included collections follow-up and denials management. Earlier experience as a Management Trainee at Pronto Lanka involved supporting logistics and operational processes. Janeth Wasala earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Peradeniya and holds additional diplomas in Applied Accounting and Finance as well as Information Technology.
