Kevin O'Neill

Kevin O'Neill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and brand management, currently serving as the Founder of Malibu Sandals since July 2014. O'Neill previously held positions as Channel Sales Director and Channel Sales Manager at Incase Designs, Inc., where responsibilities included managing wholesale sales across various retail channels and achieving significant sales growth. Earlier experience includes roles at adidas America, where O'Neill managed apparel sales for key accounts and contributed to substantial annual sales, and co-founding Westside Distribution, Inc., which successfully launched the HUSTLER brand. O'Neill holds a B.S. in Psychology from California Lutheran University.
