Stuart (Tex) Daley has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Stuart (Tex) began their career in 1996 as a Vice President/General Manager of Operations at ConAgra Foods, where they were responsible for overall business and P&L, as well as manufacturing sites in the U.S. and Canada. Stuart (Tex) then served as a General Manager of Operations at ConAgra Foods, with P&L and overall operational responsibility for 5 of ConAgra's processing plants in the Eastern U.S. In 2002, Daley became the Vice President of Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering/General Manager of Contract Manufacturing Business at Kerry Group. Stuart (Tex)'s responsibilities included Operations (9 Manufacturing Sites-Union and Non-Union), End to End Supply Chain (Procurement, Risk Management, Transportation, Distribution, Warehousing, Demand Planning, S&OP, and 3PL), Quality, Technical Services, and Engineering. In 2006, they became the Vice President of Operations (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement) at POET. Stuart (Tex)'s leadership responsibilities included Manufacturing (12 facilities throughout the U.S.), End-to-End Supply Chain (Procurement, Risk Management, Transportation), Quality, EH&S, and Finance. From 2007 to 2012, Daley served as the Director of Process Engineering, International R&D, External R&D and Manufacturing, Tech Services, and R&D Facilities at Dr Pepper Snapple Group. Stuart (Tex) then became the Senior Vice President of Technical Sales and Business Development at Blue California in 2012. In 2014, they became the Senior Vice President of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, Quality, and EH&S at Lily of the Desert. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Senior Vice President of Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Innovation, Quality, and R&D at Chameleon Cold-Brew, which was successfully transacted to Nestle' USA in November 2017. From 2018 to 2020, Daley served as the Senior Vice President of Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain at Hostess Brands, Inc., and then as the Executive Vice President of Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, Quality, and Customer Service at Dunn's River Brands. Most recently, they have been the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at MALK Organics since 2020.
Stuart (Tex) Daley attended the University of Minnesota from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a second major in Economics.
