Avinal Garach is a Service Innovation Associate at Malk Partners, responsible for developing and scaling tech-enabled ESG advisory solutions since June 2022, following an earlier role as an Associate, where ESG Due Diligence was conducted on over 20 Private Equity transactions. Prior experience includes working as a Research Assistant at NYU Stern School of Business, performing quantitative and qualitative analyses on sustainable strategies, and serving as a Summer Associate at Malk Partners, assisting in ESG due diligence. Avinal co-founded Chimera Tech, a healthcare technology startup focusing on data-driven pharmacovigilance, and gained initial experience as a Junior Software Engineer at INCUBITO ZA, where a web-based communication application for an airline was developed. Avinal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Data Science and Sustainable Business from NYU Stern School of Business, completed in 2022.
